For households

Private, secure food support for your household.

A neighbor-to-neighbor grocery box, delivered to your door — free, private, and usually same-day. No paperwork, no public lines, no questions asked.

How it works in depth

A request system designed around your dignity.

PantryLink was built so that asking for help feels as ordinary as ordering groceries. Here's exactly how your request is handled from the moment you tap submit.

Completely private requests

Your name and address are visible only to the matched community hub and the assigned driver. We never publish names, photos, or addresses.

No public lines, ever

Skip the line, the pantry hours, and the unfamiliar waiting room. Your box is packed for you and brought to you on your schedule.

Contact-free doorstep delivery

Your driver leaves the box at your door by default. If you want a friendly handoff, just tell us — your comfort, your call.

Usually same-day, always tracked

Most requests are matched to a hub within the hour and delivered the same day. You'll get an SMS when a driver is on the way.

What's inside the box

A balanced grocery box, packed by hand.

Every box is scaled to your household size and your dietary needs. Here's a typical sample — your local hub may swap items based on what's fresh that week.

Who is qualified?

If you need food this week, you qualify. Full stop.

PantryLink serves any family experiencing short-term or long-term food insecurity, a lack of transportation, or economic hardship of any kind. We don't ask for income proof, immigration status, or a reason. We just ask where to deliver.

Short-term hardship

Between paychecks, recovering from a medical bill, a layoff, or an unexpected expense — temporary doesn't mean trivial.

Long-term food insecurity

Fixed-income seniors, single-parent households, families stretching SNAP benefits, anyone for whom groceries are a monthly worry.

Transportation barriers

No vehicle, no nearby pantry, limited mobility, or a long commute that keeps you out of business hours — we come to you.

Anyone needing a hand

Caregivers, neighbors recovering from illness, refugee and immigrant families — if your household needs food this week, you qualify.

Your information is yours. We never sell, share, or publish it. Hubs and drivers see only what they need to deliver your box safely.
