For drivers & volunteers

The logistics engine of community care.

Every box that lands on a family's doorstep got there because a neighbor drove it. Pick the routes that fit your day, follow the turn-by-turn, and finish with a single tap.

What you need to drive

A short list. A long impact.

We keep onboarding lightweight on purpose — the faster we get good neighbors on the road, the more families eat dinner tonight.

Valid driver's license

Active license from your state, in your name, that won't expire in the next 30 days.

Reliable vehicle

Any vehicle that comfortably fits two grocery boxes — sedan, hatchback, SUV, or truck. Insurance required.

Background check

We run a one-time courtesy background check (paid by PantryLink). Most clear in under 24 hours.

A smartphone

iOS or Android. You'll accept routes, navigate, and confirm delivery — all from the secure Driver Portal.

How gig matching works

Four taps from "I'm free" to "delivered."

  1. 1

    Routes appear near you

When a hub finishes packing a box, it's posted to drivers within a short radius. You see pickup, drop-off zone, and distance up front.

  2. 2

    Tap to accept one route

No bidding, no surge games. Accept the route, head to the hub, grab the labeled box, and the address unlocks.

  3. 3

    Drive with a clear map

Open Google Maps from the active route screen. Distances are short on purpose — most drops are under 4 miles from the hub.

  4. 4

    Confirm at the door

Tap once to confirm delivery to the doorstep. The recipient gets an SMS and the route closes — that's the whole loop.
